Upcoming training

It was great to see so many of you the other day.  To those that have been with us for a while thank you for your dedication. For those that are new....welcome aboard. Weve got a lot to accompish in the next while. In our meeting we discussed training in December. The date has been set, December 13, at the Sandy City Hall multipurpose room 3rd floor. The training will run from 13:00 -no later than 17:00 most likely just two hours. But hey weve got the room til five. The subject will be the IAP or incident action plan. The goal is to have each section understand the role they have in the IAP. 

Call out opportunity

For immediate release. July 6 2012 We're trying to coordinate replacements for the Carbon County EOC. We wondered if there was any possibility of getting three people from the Metro IMT? They have specific needs in Logistics, Planning, and Operations. Jason says if you have people that need task books signed that they'll take take more. Carbon County is providing the hotel room and food for three people…if you send more they'll have to double up in the rooms. We would need staff to arrive here around 17:00 tomorrow to be briefed and shadow for part of the shift and then they'll be staffing the EOC on Sunday and Monday. CONTACT BOB AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!
